1) Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor the execution of government-led IT projects
• Prepare and manage project documentation (plans, reports, contracts, etc.)
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Organize and lead project meetings and workshops
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively
• Ensure quality control of deliverables and assist with handover documentation
2) Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in IT or public sector projects
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Preferred majors: Information Systems, Public Administration, IT-related fields)
3) Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Government related project, Smart City, or Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) projects
• Fluent in English, with strong writing skills in both Tajik and English languages, capable of preparing official letters, reports, and emails in both languages.
• Trained to assist the Director and provide regular and timely reports
• Prior experience in international development or cross-country projects
