IP Engineer I. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the project delivery and maintenance of Huawei data communication products such as router, switch, firewall; Support project delivery, including equipment activation, commissioning, testing, and cutover, and resolve various technical issues of the products during the project, ensuring the successful delivery of the project; Responsible for the maintenance and fault analysis of the aforementioned products, supporting the daily maintenance of the network, fault location, fault handling, and network optimization to improve network performance; Responsible for the skill transfer of the aforementioned products, and conveying product technical knowledge to partner and customer technical support engineers through training and on-site support. II. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in related fields such as communications, computer science, network, or electronic information, with at least 2 years of work experience; Familiar with the working principles of data communication network hardware products, with experience in post-sales technical support for data communication equipment such as IPRAN, Router and Switches. Capable of providing on-site technical support (configuration & commissioning) for system integration projects. Proficient in the principles of routing and switching technologies, MPLS technology, IPv6, SDN, M-LAG, etc., and familiar with common routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and ISIS. Familiar with common carrier IP backbone networks, IP metro networks, and bearer networks, or familiar with enterprise backbone networks and local area networks. Candidates with HCIP or CCNP certification will be given priority.
